I don’t really like to focus much attention on my feelings, or ever really tell people how I’m feeling. It distracts me from being happy, and I feel the more that I talk about my thoughts—I tend to over-think even more, and I get to this point where I feel sorry for myself. I’m kept to myself a lot more than not.
